Bio

Robert Yann has been a principal/member of the firm since 1988. Bob’s primary areas of practice are real estate, banking and commercial transactions. Bob handles commercial and residential closings for banks, life insurance companies, brokers and individual investors. He has years of experience in closing SBA loans. Other areas of experience include formation of condominium regimes, representation of homeowner associations and sales of businesses. Our firm is an issuing title insurance agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty. Bob is a graduate of University of Alabama (B.S. 1970) and University of Louisville (J.D. 1973). He is a former Assistant Jefferson County Attorney and Law Clerk for the Kentucky Supreme Court.
