Bio

Miles Apple is a graduate of Northwestern University and of the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law. He is as a veteran attorney with extensive transactional experience working with both individuals and corporate entities to achieve successful results. Combining his extensive knowledge of commercial, acquisition, and financial contracts, he develops strategies for wealth management, estate planning, asset protection, contractual workouts and debt restructurings. Mr. Apple is the former chair of several Sections of both the Louisville Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Associations and has also authored numerous national and international publications, speaking frequently on acquisitions, real estate, secured transactions, bankruptcy and corporate law.
