Kenneth Alberstadt is a senior member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Ken’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and emerging company representation. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and in connection with partnerships and joint ventures. Ken has done extensive work in the technology, defense/aerospace, pharma services, environmental services, media/entertainment, restaurant, consumer products and financial services industries, among others. Ken’s clients include CafeX Communications, Centre Partners, DermaRite Industries, Indigo Capital, L3 Technologies, Mercury Systems and Stonewall Kitchen. Ken advises clients in connection with initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, Rule 144A offerings, consent solicitations and other equity and debt transactions. Ken works closely with the firm’s foreign private issuer clients in connection with the offering of securities in the U.S. markets. He also has extensive experience in reporting and corporate governance matters and has served as outside general counsel to several public companies. Ken is also active in the firm’s Latin America & the Caribbean Practice.
