Andrew Hard represents private equity firms, strategic investors, independent sponsors, venture capital firms, portfolio companies, public companies, startups and entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, joint ventures, private offerings, and recapitalizations. In addition, he advises clients on corporate governance, compliance, executive compensation, and other general corporate matters. He also has experience with private equity fund formation and ’34 Act reporting compliance. Andrew’s client base includes middle market private equity funds and companies in the healthcare services, healthcare information technology, manufacturing, technology, government contracting, industrial services, life sciences, music entertainment, retail, and other business services industries.
