Thomas Weincke Bio

Thomas Weincke is one of the partners heading Accura's M&A team. He is one of the most active M&A attorneys in Denmark. He advises on M&A and general corporate and commercial matters and has special expertise in advising international manufacturers within the life science industry and private equity sponsors. Thomas has extensive experience with all elements during a transaction, including due diligence investigations, the structuring, funding and drafting of transaction documents, and is an experienced negotiator.
