Lars Mygind Bojsen advises on large Danish and international M&A transactions. He has a particular focus on private equity investments and advises private equity firms on anything from transaction structuring to handling of co-investments and incentive schemes. Moreover, Lars has extensive experience representing large corporations in complex divestments of business units, including advising on carve-out planning and separation issues.
