Jacob Vinther is one of the partners heading Accura's M&A Team. He has special expertise advising and attending to the needs of large international and Danish corporate clients and private equity investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, Jacob has headed a number of high-profile M&A transactions in Denmark and is today recognised as one of the most active M&A lawyers in the country. He advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, structuring considerations, acquisition funding and the drafting of transaction documents. Moreover, he participates in negotiations concerning mergers and acquisitions. Jacob has extensive experience with venture deals. Jacob has been one of Accura's partners since 2005. Before joining Accura, he was a partner at Bech-Bruun where he worked from 1991-2005, first as an assistant attorney and later as an attorney. He graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1991 and subsequently obtained an LL.M. from the University of London. Jacob was admitted to the Danish bar in 1995 and to practise law before the Danish High Courts in 1997.
