Helle Wehl specialises in advising on business acquisitions and sales and general commercial and company law. She has extensive experience of complex international M&A; projects. Helle adopts a commercial and international approach in advising her clients, and she also has vast experience as an in-house advisor and counsel in a wide range of industries both in Denmark and abroad.
