Paola Cigolini has been a partner in the Firm since its formation. She has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, extraordinary and M&A transactions, as well as international contracting. Her practice extends to court and arbitration litigation and every aspect of dispute resolution in civil, corporate and commercial matters. Paola also specializes in advising financial intermediaries and professionals on anti-money laundering matters and participates as a speaker in training courses in this area.
