Henning Raa has more than 25 years' experience as a tax advisor, including both Norwegian and international taxation. Henning has worked with a main focus on the M&A area for the past 15 years and led a significant number of transaction assignments for Norwegian and foreign clients. This includes, among other things, the purchase and sale of companies, stock market listings, refinancing, tax structuring and due diligence. Henning has extensive experience of working for private equity funds, infrastructure and real estate players and industrial clients. He has broad experience in industry areas with particular emphasis on technology, real estate, infrastructure and industrial production.
