Tina is experienced in advising financial sponsors on a breadth of M&A (minority deals (including preferred equity/hybrid investments), buyouts, P2Ps, exits, etc.). Tina spent a year in the private equity M&A team of A&O Paris and six months in the corporate team of Heathrow Holdings. Tina has a first class law degree from Oxford University.
