Sophie Roozendaal Bio

Sophie specialises in corporate law and related notarial law. She has in-depth experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Sophie spent ten months in 2009 working in the Securities and Funds legal team in the London branch of international bank. She joined the firm in 2006 after having worked at an international law firm in Amsterdam from September 2002 until early 2006. Sophie graduated from Utrecht University in 2002 in notarial law.
