Nick is a sponsor side leveraged finance Partner, specialising in cross-border leveraged buyouts and refinancings. Nick acts for financial sponsors together with their portfolio companies, with his core clients including CVC, Bridgepoint, Providence Equity Partners, Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division and PSG, among others. Nick is regarded as a rising star in the market, regularly sought out by sponsors and their portfolio companies for their most complex transactions. Nick was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2014, having graduated from Oxford in 2010 (MA, Jurisprudence).
