Lisa is Lead of the Nordic Desk and has more than 20 years' experience of corporate finance and general corporate work, both from working in private practice in Sweden and England and as the General Counsel of a Swedish large cap company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Lisa has wide corporate and M&A experience, and has particular expertise advising on cross-border transactions and transactions involving Nordic entities.
