Jackie Donald Bio

Jackie has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters, with specific expertise advising inbound investors on Australia’s foreign investment regime. She advises on a wide range of domestic and cross border transactional and corporate advisory matters. Jackie has experience advising bidders and target companies in respect of public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement) and advising companies and investors on share sales, business sales and joint ventures. Jackie has acted on numerous inbound investments into Australia, leading to her in-depth knowledge of Australia’s foreign investment regime, including the Foreign Investment Review Board’s application and approval process.
