Ignacio Hornedo Bio

After 20 years of experience, Ignacio combines particular expertise on private capital transactions with special focus in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, disposals, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts. He has acted on both domestic and cross-border deals for private capital investors, development platforms and large corporates. Ignacio has been lecturing Civil and Corporate Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) since 2015 and is also a member of its post-graduate examination board. In addition, he is recognized as one of the most relevant Spanish lawyers in the main legal directories, such as Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, and Legal 500.
