Frederiek has 20 years of experience advising Belgian and international corporate clients and private equity investors. His focus is on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He has represented a large number of local and international clients on both sell and buy-side transactions across a wide range of sectors, such as life sciences and healthcare, (renewable) energy, technology & software and manufacturing and chemicals.
