Dr. Michael Fink advises on national and international real estate transactions and related topics. He specializes in advising on regulated and unregulated real estate funds. Michael advises his clients, particularly real estate funds, institutional investors, alternative investment fund managers, as well as fund and asset managers at the intersection of real estate law and corporate and fund law. This includes the purchase and sale of real estate portfolios and individual properties, as well as the structuring of joint ventures, acquisition structures, and related service contracts, such as in particular investment advisory, fund advisory, and asset management.
