Dr. Astrid Krüger Bio

Astrid is a member of the Executive Committee and has more than 25 years of experience in national and cross-border M&A Transactions. She focuses on private equity transactions and counts both international and German investors and sellers among her clients. Astrid also frequently advises on distressed restructurings as well as in the implementation of tax structurings and corporate reorganizations. In particular, she advises private equity investors on their acquisitions and divestments, co-investments and management equity programs. Her sector focus is on technology/TMT and consumer facing businesses, and she regularly advises with respect to industrial targets. Astrid also frequently advises in the context of carve-outs and transition of family-owned businesses.
