Benjamin Crawford Bio

Benjamin’s practice is focused on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and complex shareholder and commercial arrangements across a number of industries, with extensive experience advising Chinese companies and investment funds on their global outbound transactions and multinational corporates on their Chinese inbound investments. He advises across a number of sectors, though has developed significant experience advising on transactions involving the financial services, TMT and ENR sectors. Benjamin trained in the firm’s London office and has worked in the firm's Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai offices. He is admitted to practice in both Hong Kong SAR and Victoria, Australia and speaks, reads and writes Mandarin Chinese.
