Bio

Tim has 25+ years of investment banking experience as an attorney, M&A advisor and leveraged lender covering private equity and financial sponsors across multiple sectors, as well as, fund formation and placement experience with private equity, private debt and real estate strategies. Mr. Busler started his career as an attorney, gained M&A, leveraged lending and financial sponsor coverage experience at Lazard Freres, CSFB and BNP Paribas Merchant Bank, and was an investment principal with two private equity firms. Tim earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, JD from Boston University School of Law and BA from Duke University, holds FINRA licenses 7, 63, 79, and admitted to practice law in CT, NY and the Federal Courts.
