Patrick O’Hara is an executive director at XMS Capital Partners. Since joining XMS in 2015, he has worked on several strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for a diverse range of clients in a variety of industry sectors. He spends the majority of his time focused in the industrial, consumer and business services sectors and has completed numerous strategic transactions, financings and corporate finance advisory assignments for clients that include Aon, Bemis, CNH Industrial, Edwards Lifesciences, Federal-Mogul and Veritiv. Patrick completed an internship program with XMS during the summer of 2014 and joined the firm full-time after graduating from the University of Notre Dame. Patrick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a supplemental major in applied and computational mathematics. Patrick has also passed all three levels of the CFA Program examinations.
