Jonathan DiCicco Bio

Jon DiCicco is an executive director at XMS Capital Partners. Since joining XMS in 2014, he has worked on several strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for a number of clients. He spends the majority of his time focused in the industrial, consumer and business services sectors and has completed numerous strategic transactions and advisory assignments for clients that include Accuride Corporation, Aon PLC, Green Plains Inc., JD Norman Industries, Johnson Controls and Steelcase Inc. Previously, Jon worked in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance practice, where he executed a number of cross-border transactions for clients like SPX Corporation, Parker Hannifin and Mitsui & Co. Jon also spent a year in the Valuation and Financial Opinion Group at Stout. Jon graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
