Nicholas Crompton is a vice president at XMS Capital Partners. Since joining XMS, he has worked on a number of strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments. His coverage is focused on companies operating in the Financial Technology sector and adjacent verticals. Nicholas has worked with clients on both sides of the Atlantic and in Asia – these have included high growth FinTech and AI businesses, as well as public companies such as Aon and Babylon Health. Nicholas graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. While at Oxford, Nicholas was the Undergraduate Student Body (JCR) President of his College and the Co-President of the Oxford Forum for International Development.
