Bio

Brian Brownschidle is a managing director at XMS Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2010. Brian has executed a number of successful strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for clients across multiple industries. Since 2013, Brian has focused his efforts on expanding the firm’s healthcare industry coverage. During that time, he has sourced healthcare and technology clients for XMS in North America, Europe and Asia. Brian was previously a member of Citigroup’s Investment Banking team. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he founded a nonprofit focused on bridging capitalism and development goals in Latin America. Outside of XMS, Brian has served as advisor to multiple nonprofit and for-profit social impact organizations, including a tech-enabled, high-quality, low-cost chain of healthcare clinics in Africa.
