Brett Lilley is a managing director and the head of food and beverage at XMS Capital Partners, with a focus on providing strategic advice in the Food and Beverage sector. Brett began his investment banking career in the Food, Consumer & Retail Group at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago as a financial analyst. Since joining XMS in 2011, he has executed several successful strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for a diverse range of clients. Brett received both a B.B.A. and an M.S.Aa from the University of Notre Dame in accounting. While at Notre Dame, Brett played on the men’s varsity NCAA baseball team and was a two-time ESPN The Magazine 1st Team Academic All-American. He also holds the NCAA record for hit by pitches in a career (109 times). He was drafted in the 29th round by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2008 and played professionally for two seasons.
