Peter was one of the founding partners of Wyvern in 2002. He has advised across a full range of transaction types and sizes throughout his career. In recent years he has focussed on Wyvern’s growing management-advisory practice, where Wyvern is a recognised market leader. Given the nature of his advisory role and with over 30 years of corporate finance experience he has inevitably worked across most sectors. Peter was at HSBC Investment Bank and Charterhouse Bank before Wyvern. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross And graduated from Manchester University with a BSc in Management Sciences.
