Bio

Martin joined Wyvern in 2006. His experience covers the full range of deal sizes and every role in buyouts and their exits, and Martin has been in the vanguard of developing the Management Advisory role on transactions since the late 90’s. Prior to Wyvern, Martin has been advising management teams in Private Equity transactions since the 1980s. A graduate in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University, he was head of Private Equity at Deloitte and UK head of Corporate Finance at Andersen. Martin is married to Sue, and has four grown up children, all competing for space in the house with the four collies. A keen cyclist (and thus a fully-fledged MAMIL), Martin can often be seen in the Surrey or Cornish hills along with all the other “weekend warriors” trying desperately to improve his Strava PBs.
