Bio

Francis joined Wyvern Partners in 2009. His investment-banking experience includes management advisory, off-market fundraisings and M&A work, together with flotations, restructurings and other on-market transactions. His deals cover the full range from under £50m to circa £5bn. In recent years he has focussed on Wyvern’s growing management-advisory practice, where Wyvern is a recognised market leader. Francis joined Wyvern from ING and previously worked at Arbuthnot Securities where he gained extensive experience of working with quoted companies. He is an expert financial modeller with extensive experience of using Visual Basic to add custom functionality to Excel. Francis holds an MA in Financial Economics from the University of St Andrews.
