Bio

Charles has spent over 30 years as an investment banking adviser. Initially at Rothschilds, he later became a director of Hambro Magan and then a founder and managing director of Hawkpoint Partners, where he led the firm’s financial institutions group for over ten years. Most recently he was a vice-chairman at Canaccord Genuity. Charles has advised many clients ranging from major global groups, listed companies and private equity houses through to founder-owned businesses. He has a particular knowledge of the asset and wealth management sectors. Charles is also a professionally accredited business coach, working with clients through personal challenges in business, leadership assessment and the management of stakeholders. He also coaches a number of charity CEOs.
