Anthony Gahan has over 30 years of international investment banking and business experience which he applies when he is advising on M&A, equity and debt transactions and on the boards of companies where he has held Chairman or non-executive director roles. Anthony is a co-founder of Wyvern Partners. He also founded IPSX Group, which operates the world’s first stock exchange dedicated to the IPO and trading of real estate companies. He currently has non-executive roles at IPSX and Maru Group, a technology-driven global insights company with operations in Canada, the US and the UK. Anthony is an Executive Fellow at King’s Business School (King’s College London) and is its Private Equity Module lead. Anthony has extensive experience of both private and public transactions. Prior to Wyvern, he held senior executive and board roles at Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co. Limited. His current sector focus is on business services, media, data, fintech and “disruption” (businesses that disrupt markets with technology and/or with new business models). Anthony is an alumnus of King’s College London (Modern Languages) and the London Business School. He is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
