Elliott works across corporate finance and transaction services engagements, advising both buyers and sellers on deals in the media and technology sectors. Working alongside founders and shareholders of exciting, growing businesses and supporting them through what can be life-changing events is what Elliott really enjoys about his work at WY Partners. With a keen eye for detail and a deep interest in the media and technology sectors, he is able to provide clients with commercially focused insight that drive successful outcomes. After beginning his career with KPMG in London within the Financial Services audit practice, Elliott then moved into the firm’s Private Equity transaction services team. There he supported a wide range of large European PE firms on the execution of deals primarily within the technology sector. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) having previously graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Management (MA).
