Sean has more than 25 years technology industry experience. Prior to joining WTA in 2023, Sean led technology portfolios in Capita and Civica through periods of accelerated organic and transaction growth, completing thirteen transactions. His insights into what drives buyers helps him provide pragmatic support to vendors positioning their business, products, people and culture to maximise value and deal closure security. He has extensive operating experience in a broad range of markets including local government, central government, education, social care, public safety, health and defence. His coaching led style has helped him develop an extensive network across the UK technology and investor landscape.
