Jordi is a Managing Director at WCP where he focuses on helping companies in the fast developing “Future of Work” segment and cross-border transaction space. Bringing 16 years of strategy management consulting experience and over 20 years of venture building experience, Jordi is often a mentor and advisor to technology companies wishing to enter and expand in Silicon Valley/California. As part of his role at WCP, he supports international startups aiming to tap into the VC community and/or integrate with another company already established in Silicon Valley through roll-up or M&A strategies. Jordi also brings significant experience in Marketplaces, AI/ML, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, eTraining, Life Sciences and Nanotechnology. Prior to joining Woodside Capital Partners, Jordi was a fractional CFO for several early-stage startups wishing to raise funds from the extensive VC community in Silicon Valley. Jordi’s approach is to support the startup to strategically build itself up to become attractive to VC investors satisfying their minimal requirements. He places strong emphasis on maximizing features such as team build up, growth strategies and execution, IP defensibility, global expansion, etc. that will contribute to the company’s higher valuation. Jordi has lived and worked in East Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He earned a dual Bachelor and MBA degrees from ESADE School of Business in Barcelona and a MIM in International Management from Thunderbird School of Business in Arizona.
