Pat is responsible for leading client campaigns during the closing phase, evaluating offers, hosting management meetings, and ensuring a timely close. Prior to joining the closing team, Pat was the manager of our Underwriting Team overseeing a team of analysts who were involved in the preparation of Woodbridge’s marketing materials and all aspects of financial diligence. Representative transactions include Virtual Technology Groups, Apple Outdoor Supply, Climalock, Automation & Validation Solutions, Intimo Industry, and Leapros Workforce solutions. Before joining Woodbridge, Pat worked as an analyst at an investment bank in Greenwich, CT. He is a product of the accelerated MBA program at Quinnipiac University with a concentration in finance. Patrick Laliberte holds FINRA licenses 79 & 63 through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities, LLC.
