Roger is co-founder of Wood Warren and has spent more than 40 years in investment banking and corporate finance. Roger’s experience includes completion of a wide range of investment banking transactions for major U.S. public companies and private companies in the finance, industrial, technology, and food/beverage industries, including public and private debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and various corporate advisory assignments. Roger has advised companies ranging from those in the start-up phase to some of the largest domestic corporations. Prior to founding Wood Warren in 1991, Roger was Managing Director of Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc., in charge of the San Francisco regional office which had responsibility for the firm's corporate finance activities in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain States. Prior to Lehman, Roger was Vice President and shareholder at Kidder, Peabody & Company in charge of that firm's corporate finance group on the West Coast. Roger began his investment banking career and was a Vice President in the investment banking group at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. in New York City. Roger has also served as an aviation officer in the U.S. Navy. Roger received his BA from the University of Utah and an MBA from New York University.
