Jerry Darko Bio

Jerry Darko is a partner and managing director for William Blair based in the firm’s Chicago office. As a senior member of the Technology team, Jerry leads the firm’s coverage of the front-office software and internet sectors, including digital marketing, sales technology, e-commerce enablement, digital content & media technologies, and customer experience. Jerry joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 2019 and has over 15 years of experience advising high-growth technology companies on a wide range of transactions, including strategic advisory, M&A, private capital raises, and public offerings. Before joining William Blair, he was a member of the Technology Investment Banking teams at Raymond James and Morgan Keegan. Earlier in his career, Jerry worked at The Gores Group – a $3B AUM private equity firm in Los Angeles, focused on leveraged buyouts of technology, media, and telecom companies.
