Brandon Lower is a managing director and head of William Blair’s Financial Sponsors Coverage group. Brandon leads a team focused on providing financial sponsors with highly-relevant and differentiated strategic advice, including a full-suite of M&A, capital markets, and GP-advisory solutions. Brandon draws on extensive M&A experience, as well as public and private equity transaction experience, having completed more than 150 transactions. Brandon is based in the firm’s New York office. He originally joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 1997 and rejoined in 2000. Brandon previously worked for Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. and Dean Witter Reynolds.
