Bio

Ramsey serves as a Managing Director at WG Consulting. He is a CPA with over 17 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting. He has in-depth knowledge of US GAAP as well as GAAS. He provides specialized support in the areas of financial reporting, audit preparation, business combinations, equity transactions, consolidations, and accounting research. Ramsey recently served as the President of the Houston CPA Society (TXCPA Houston) and is chair of Texas Society of CPAs (TXCPA) Professional Standards Committee Accounting Standards Sub-Committee. In addition, Ramsey serves as a member on the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Council, TXCPA Board of Directors and TXCPA Houston Board of Directors.
