Justin is the Founder and a Managing Director of the firm. Justin is responsible for consistently enhancing the strategic direction of Westcove and focuses on expanding the firms capabilities and service offerings. He is involved in most active mandates, oversees financial sponsor coverage, maintains key third-party relationships, and leads the firm’s Impact Investing initiatives. Justin has a nearly twenty year tenure of providing strategic advisory to healthcare business owners, strategic acquirers, and private equity sponsors with the goal of providing thoughtful and actionable steps to enhance the equity value and market perception of their respective organizations. Justin is proud to promote Westcove’s culture of respect and execution excellence with a focus on driving the team towards individual accomplishments and empowering everyone at Westcove to consistently raise their individual bar of excellence resulting in value creation for our clients, Westcove, and the broader community we impact. Justin received his MBA from UCLA Anderson and completed his undergraduate degree in finance and international businesses at Northeastern University. Justin holds both the Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
