As a Team Member at Westcove, Dimitri assists in merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory across the healthcare continuum. Dimitri works closely with clients in all phases of the transaction, being actively involved in market research, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Dimitri utilizes his diverse experience in business development and the financial markets to support Westcove and its clients. Prior to joining Westcove, Dimitri worked closely with investors in the equity and derivatives markets to develop bespoke market analysis tools as the co-founder of a fintech company. Dimitri received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with specializations in corporate finance, accounting, and investment management and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST).
