Peter Kahn Bio

Peter leads West Monroe’s New York City office, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion while also heading the M&A practice in the Northeast since 2020. Peter leads both West Monroe’s New York City office and the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Northeast, where he drives value by guiding clients through complex mergers, post-merger integration, and performance improvement. Since 2020, Peter has helped clients realize significant cost savings, including over $700 million for a global brewing merger. His expertise spans corporate strategy, supply chain optimization, and change management. Peter’s career has included leadership roles at Strong-Bridge Envision and Pöyry Management Consulting, as well as founding a firm acquired by the Pöyry Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
