As the leader of West Monroe’s carve-out team, Keith is passionate about creating value in complex transactions and balancing risk while pursuing value creation opportunities. Under his guidance, clients see an average of 30% reduction in timeline and cost for their divestitures. Keith has led teams on more than 200 private equity and corporate carve-out transactions and uses that knowledge to quickly identify issues and opportunities, estimate standalone costs, and negotiate favorable TSAs resulting in millions of dollars in value created. Keith is a partner who will roll up his sleeves to dig into the most complex deals. He also prides himself on growing the next generation of M&A practitioners as a mentor.
