Connor founded and now leads West Monroe’s London office, where he delivers practical solutions for private equity clients in mergers, carve-outs, and integrations. With extensive experience in carve-outs, divestitures, and spin-offs, Connor has generated hundreds of millions in benefits for clients through strategic risk assessments and cost-saving negotiations. He has led complex global transactions, including the carve-out and merger of two £1 billion facilities management companies. In 2024, he was recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s Rising Stars. He holds a degree from Miami University and has completed executive courses at Yale.
