Brad is a partner in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where he leads the firm’s post-merger integration capabilities with a focus on driving successful outcomes for clients. With more than a decade of experience, Brad has led over 500 complex M&A transactions, including hostile takeovers, carveouts, and multi-company mergers. His deep expertise spans healthcare, manufacturing, and software industries, helping clients accelerate their investment thesis through due diligence, cost savings, and integration strategies. Prior to West Monroe, Brad honed his skills implementing financial systems for FORTUNE 500 companies at Accenture. Brad is a recognized thought leader, frequently quoted in major outlets like The Washington Post, CNBC, and The New York Times. He holds a B.A. in economics with honors from the University of Iowa.
