Eddie Galvan Bio

Eddie Galvan is a Partner and Managing Director at Wellesley Hills Financial, and brings extensive expertise in M&A and capital raising within the fintech, payments, and software sectors. With a track record of executing over $15 billion worth of M&A, debt, and equity transactions, Eddie has been instrumental in landmark deals. More recently, he played a key role in advising Linga, Inc., a prominent payments and POS software company, in its acquisition by PNC Bank. Furthermore, he provided strategic counsel to Equiem, a leading global tenant engagement and building operations SaaS platform, facilitating its successful cross-border acquisition of SpaceOS, a European workplace management software company spanning operations across 15+ countries in Europe. Possessing nearly two decades of experience spanning investment banking, strategy, corporate finance, and operations, Eddie is well-versed in advising both private and public companies and their boards. He commenced his investment banking journey at JP Morgan’s Technology Group and subsequently held roles at RBC Capital Markets and Nomura Securities in their Financial Sponsors Groups, before diversifying into other entrepreneurial and advisory pursuits. Prior to his career in finance, Eddie served with distinction as a U.S. Naval Officer, initially as a Surface Warfare Officer and later as a Nuclear Engineer. Eddie is an alumnus of the University of Southern California (USC), holding an MBA and a B.S. Degree, and graduated as a member of the All-University Honor Society. He was also the recipient of full-tuition scholarships for both his undergraduate and graduate studies.
