Shivang Amin is a Vice President at Wellesley Hills Financial, specializing in transaction advisory services for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. Prior to joining Wellesley Hills Financial, Shivang was an Associate at Preston Todd Advisors, where he worked on M&A engagements exclusively for SaaS clients. In this capacity, he was responsible for successfully advising on numerous acquisitions of software businesses. Prior to joining Preston Todd Advisors, Shivang was an Associate at State Street Global Advisors, managing institutional equity and fixed-income investment products. Shivang graduated Cum Laude from Bentley University with a B.S. in Economics – Finance. He is currently a Level II Candidate in the CFA program.
