Anthony Malatesta is a Director at Wellesley Hills Financial focusing on sell-side M&A and transaction advisory services. Prior to joining Wellesley Hills Financial Anthony was an Executive Vice President at Preston Todd Advisors, where he worked in the financial technology and payments processing industry and established himself as an expert in the field. While at Preston Todd he co-founded the firm’s sell-side M&A practice, acted as co-lead banker on a majority of the firm’s sell-side transactions, ran point on multiple buy-side transactions for Fortune 500 fintech clients, and led the organization’s valuation and financial analytics team. Anthony graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance.
