Adam T. Hark is Founder and Managing Member of Wellesley Hills Financial. He is responsible for the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives. Adam has been providing investment banking services to payments technology, financial technology and SaaS firms since 2007. In addition to his role with WHF, Adam is an active, registered investment advisor for Wellesley Hills Capital Corp., and Managing Member of Wellesley Hills Securities. Adam served as lead sell-side banker at his former firm Preston Todd Advisors. A prolific writer, Adam’s articles regularly appear in widely-circulated industry publications, and he shares his market and industry insights in WHF’s weekly newsletter. Adam is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a series 24, 79, 7, and 65 license.
