Jordan Phelps Bio

Jordan T. Phelps, CPA, is Weaver’s chief financial officer. He has more than 17 years of diverse experience, including both public accounting and internal financial leadership for fast-growth private equity–backed portfolio companies. As CFO, Jordan leads Weaver’s internal financial planning, management and reporting with the goal of maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk. During his years as a financial executive, Jordan has managed domestic and international operations, fostered business growth and maximized cash flow through financial management, cost controls, internal controls and efficiency improvements. He has executed several equity financings, debt offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, minimized tax exposure from state, federal and international tax audits, and helped successfully resolve large legal disputes. Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
